Editing Parasite

Parasites walk on two legs, dragging their long tails behind them, and have five distinct green markings across their heads, probably eyes. Parasites are highly adaptive creatures, capable of developing resistances to alien environments within three generations.<ref name="Ice Parasite">{{cite|A simple scavenger life-form that possesses a crystalline outer shell. Parasites are hardy creatures, able to adapt to any environment within three generations. The Ice Parasite is a prime example. Having adjusted to a frigid climate, this vermin now thrives in it. The [[Parasite Queen|results]] of these experiments led to the Parasites becoming stronger and more aggressive. Most subjects were unable to survive the continual exposure to Phazon, and those that did became too violent, forcing the Pirate to euthanize them.<ref name="Pirate Data"/> Several Parasites are still aboard frigate [[Frigate Orpheon|''Orpheon'']] after it was abandoned in orbit around Tallon IV, mostly feeding on Space Pirate carcasses. Interestingly, though they are supposedly indigenous to Tallon IV, [[Samus Aran|Samus]] does not encounter any during her exploration of the planet; she does encounter two variants, however, in rare instances.
