He has a prominent role in Metroid Prime 3, as he orders Samus to complete her main missions throughout Corruption. As he and Aurora Unit 242 were giving Samus orders to disable the three Leviathan Seeds that landed in Bryyo, Elysia, and the Pirate Homeworld, Space Pirates attacked Dane's fleet, prompting him to ask the Bounty Hunters for help. Throughout the events of Corruption, Dane has an omnipresent role alongside Aurora Unit 242 that guides Samus with orders.
