Template:LinkText

Purpose

This template is used to give internal links an alternate text, text that appears in a box when the link is moused over. Normally this text is the full name of the target page.

Usage

{{LinkText|Target Page|Link Name|Link Alternate Text|Type}}

The first three parameters are self-explanatory. However the last one is if you wish to change the type. Options for Type include:

• Internal — For internal wiki links. The template defaults to this if Type is blank.
• External — For external links outside of the wiki.
• Plain External — Same as External except it formats it like an internal link.
