Template:Enemy-infobox Inglets are small, weak Ing usually used for labor, but can be used for combat. Their only form of defense is firing dark matter and travel in packs for further safety. Like other Ing, they can cling onto nearly any surface. Samus encounters Inglets in nearly all areas she visits on Dark Aether, being only absent in Sky Temple. The Emperor Ing possibly spawns them, but they only remain in their amorphous form so it is uncertain.

Inglets are featured only in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, but a similar species called Phaz-Ing are featured in Metroid Prime 3.
